Boredom Is Not A Factor @ Heritage Eagle Bend!!!

Heritage Eagle Bend (HEB) is located in southwest Aurora along E-470 at Gartrell Road.

It is an age-restricted, active adult community of 1442 homes and about 2600 residents.  Originally designated a 55 and older community, just recently the age limit was lowered to 45 and older for up to 20% of the total household heads. The average age of HEB residents is 68.

The community has  earned the reputation of being one of the best prepared private communities in the Denver area, if not the state, for any emergencies or disasters that might occur.  A PowerPoint presentation exists which describes the HEB emergency preparedness program, and the Chairman of the Emergency Preparedness Committee is very happy to present the show to any other community or interested group.
